1. Free Trial Period

Upon account creation with SmartBusiness, users are granted a free 15-day trial period. This trial period is intended to allow users to thoroughly evaluate the services and ensure its suitability for their needs before committing to a paid subscription.

2. Subscription and Refund Eligibility

Upon the conclusion of the free trial period, users may opt to purchase a subscription to SmartBusiness. Once the subscription is purchased, it becomes active immediately and will continue until the end of the purchased subscription period. No refunds will be issued after the subscription is purchased.

3. Cancellation and Termination

Users may choose to cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
