4. Payment and Billing
If you choose a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with the selected plan. Payment details are collected and processed securely. SmartBusiness reserves the right to modify pricing and fees at anytime with or without any notice.

You may terminate your account at any time. SmartBusiness reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for other reasons deemed necessary.
